FROM DIAMOND SEEDS
The cultivation of diamonds is the process of growing small diamonds. Gravel-sized or flaky diamonds are used as seeds, placed in a knife-like culture chamber, to provide the atomic structure template for diamond growth.
HIGH TEMPERATURE AND HIGH PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT
In the cultivation chamber, the temperature and pressure will rise rapidly, reaching a high temperature and high pressure environment more than 100 kilometers deep underground, artificially creating harsh conditions for the formation of natural diamonds.
ACCESS TO TALK ABOUT NUTRIENTS
Graphite (C) or methane (CH4) will be added to the culture chamber as carbon raw materials. Under the high temperature and high pressure environment and special treatment, the chemical bonds between carbon atoms in the raw materials will be broken and become favorable carbon atoms.
Seeds grow up
The free carbon atoms are attracted to nearby carbon atom structures, so they gradually attach to the diamond seed and combine with the carbon atoms of the diamond seed to form new chemical bonds, thereby allowing the seed to grow gradually.

FACTORY INTRODUCTION
In 2018, LABSTAR built its own boutique high temperature and high pressure (HPHT) production plant in Japan. Fifty sets of hexahedral presses were put in. It mainly produces high-quality high-temperature and high-pressure (HPHT) embryos.
At present, it can stably produce 3-carat embryos, with an annual output of 30,000 carats.
